The first business
Swwapnil Chaudhari is a first-generation entrepreneur from Nashik. In August 2019, banks would not extend business credit to him — no collateral, no track record. So he started Fraxotic Vending Machines on a ₹1 lakh loan, taken out on a personal credit card.
Today Fraxotic is a multi-crore business. Hundreds of vending machines are placed with corporates, government offices, and colleges across India. The company is mostly automated now. More at fraxotic.com.
Building with AI agents
Since February 2026, Swwapnil builds software by directing AI coding agents as his engineering team. He is not technical, and says so plainly. Production software shipped solo in six months — built by describing the problem and reviewing the output, not by writing the code himself.

Writing
An engineering team with zero engineers — what the job actually is when AI agents build and a non-technical founder reviews.
Judgment is the moat — seven years of vending machine placement, and why what you build matters more than how fast.
Work with me
Two kinds of people usually reach out.
Investors who back first-generation founders — I'm always open to that conversation. Write to [email protected] or message me on LinkedIn.
Companies that want vending on their premises — offices, campuses, government buildings. That is Fraxotic.
Essays by email
I write about running a real business and building software with AI agents. One email when a new essay is out. Nothing else.
